We are working on raising funds to open up our 'One stop shop".
We have listened to what our families have said about what they need.
It's stressful to go from one therapy place to another. Not only on the carers, who uses tremendous amount of time and energy to get the help needed, but it's even more stressful for the client themselves.
How much can a person actually learn when they are stressed or anxious? Not much.
We have heard the parents telling us how isolating it is to have a child with additional needs.
We have families who want to connect with other families with similar background.
It's important for the parents to connect. The siblings would be able to connect and share their stories with each other. The participants would be around their peers and people who understands them.
How about sensory issues?
Sensory issues can make every day extremely challanging for the person who experiences them.
We are here to help with lowering the over stimulated nervous system, which exacerbate every sensory in the body.
We are here to help educate carers and parents in HOW it actually feels like, so they have a better understanding in how to help and reduce sensory overload.
Imagine to only have to go to one place to get therapy, support, education and much more.
We need all the help we can get, to get our 'One stop shop' centre up running.
Please hep by either:
- Donate money,
- Help us fundraise
- Donate items needed to build the centre or items we need in the centre
- or Volunteer with us.

We are here to help when you need it the most.
At SMIC, our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to a holistic approach in treating clients and their families. We are passionate about educating others on Autism, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, and sensory issues, explaining how these conditions affect the body, brain, and behaviour.
We collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and therapists to understand
everyone’s unique needs and expectations. The cornerstone of our method is the ability to
translate a persons body language and behaviour for their family, fostering stronger bonds and reducing certain behaviours by enhancing communication and understanding.
At SMIC, we think outside the box and strive to empower everyone involved with
innovative strategies, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
Our team is made up of licenced therapists and educators who specialise in a variety of different areas. We are dedicated to providing personalised care to each of our clients, and are committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
